Grapefruit is an uplifting, joyous oil inspiring positivity, alertness and confidence. It will help combat depression, nervous exhaustion and performance stress. It’s antiseptic and restorative properties remedy oily skin, enlarged pores and puffy facial tissue when added to creams, facial oils and facial steams. The lymphatic stimulating action of Grapefruit makes it highly beneficial in the treatment of cellulite, fluid retention, obesity and other conditions, add it to massage blends and therapeutic baths. Add to a vaporiser to provide a cleansing and uplifting environment. Aroma: warm, sweet, fresh citrus. A top note. Blends well with: lavender, geranium, clary sage, clove, mandarin, ginger, juniper, cypress, rosemary, thyme, peppermint, eucalyptus, fennel, black pepper, frankincense, patchouli.
