Jasmine Oil 3% 13ml SunSpirit Sunspirit 3% Jasmine Absolute Oil is for general endurance during Childbirth. MASSAGE: 10 drops (1/2mL) to 10mL Sunspirit carrier oil. Rub into lower back and abdomen. Do not use prior to labour. To assist recovery after birth and for relief of Post Natal Stress MASSAGE: 10 drops (1/2mL) to 10ml Sunspirit carrier oil. Apply twice daily to neck and shoulders. BATH: 10 drops (1/2ml) dispersed in bathwater.
